Menu bar is gone

Hello, I am using Access 2003 and I cant get my menu bar along the top to
turn on or I cant figure out how to turn it on. Im missing the File,
Edit,View, Insert ect. Thanks...

Try holding your SHIFT key down when opening the database.

I got it, I had to use:
Application.CommandBars("Menu bar").Enabled = True
