menu bar scroll

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my scroll downmenu bar. The only
tab that works is fonts. Have tried reinstalling word but still no joy.

Hi.

If you still want help on this, you need to do a few things:

Provide your operating system
Provide your version of Word, including any update information you have
Find other words to describe your problem a little bit more clearly.

I think you may mean ³dropdown² menus that are supposed to appear when you
click on items in the menu bar.

Others will have better suggestions probably (once you make sure you give
the info above). For starters, though, are you having the problem in other
Office programs or just in Word?

As Bill says, we need to know your OS and Word/Office versions before giving

To clarify, drop down menu bar inactive exept for fonts.
