Menu Bar shows up in the left

Hi,

One of my user says her menu bar shows up in the left of
the screen but not in the top of the application.

Rest are having the menu bar at the top.

Please help if you guys have allready seen this situation.

You can click on a blank area of the menu bar and drag it to any side of the
screen, or even just leave it floating.
