Menu Bar

Hi

I've received a file which has an extra Word on the Menu bar. I've tried
deleting this and then saving the file under another name but when I open
the new file name it is still there.

Does anyone know how do I get rid of it altogether so that it doesn't appear
when I reopen this file?

What's the word? Look in the startup folder if you have anything there that
you can associate to the [word],
or it might be an add-in under tools>add-ins. You can remove it from the
startup folder and if it is an add-in you can uncheck it

Extract searched for the word on c drive but nothing appeared and it's not
an add in
