Hi,
Open your InfoPath form in design mode. Follow the below steps to hide the
menu bar in the browser enabled form.
1. Go to tools  form options.
2. Switch to “browser†tab.
3. Unselect check boxes for “Show Tool Bar at Top†and “Show Tool bar at
Botomâ€.
4. Click on ok.

I should have mentioned that I'm using InfoPath 2003. Under form options
there is not a browser tab. Any other ideas?

I should have mentioned that I'm using InfoPath 2003. I tried what you
suggested already and was unable to uncheck the Menu Bar. Any other ideas or
do I need 2007?

Anuma/Swathi - we have developers create forms [Infopath 2007]; but users
should only enter/submit data. How can the the design tools be locked
[invisible if possible]? And how can the Submit Form icon be changed to a
button, placed on the bottom of the form?
