Menu change from french to english

For some reason I dont know my users menu in outlook are in french and I
would like to have them in english, what is the best way to achieve this ?

Her mailbox was not create in a french outlook ??

The language of the menus depend on the language of Outlook/Office that you
installed. If you installed additional languages via the Language Pack, you
can change that in Start Menu-> Microsoft Office-> Microsoft Office Tools->
Microsoft Office <version> language settings

To match the default folders' names with the language of Outlook, start
Outlook with the resetfoldernames switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetfoldernames
