We are converting from 2003 to 2007 (Word). In 2003 we had a custom menu
buttom that when clicked we could click our company templates. How to get
that to hapen in 2007?

If you had a custom toolbar stored in your template and open it in Word 2007
the toolbar should appear in the 'Add-Ins' tab of the ribbon (if it is
allowed in the Word Options Trust Center)

If you just added buttons to a built in toolbar in Word 2003 they won't
appear in Word 2007.
