Menu disappeared

In my microsoft word, i don't know why, all the menus, included file,
modify.... desappeared.
I don't know how to make them can back.
Can someone help me?

Try right clicking on one of the toolbars, and you should get a menu come up
that says Customise at the bottom. Choose customise then the tab that says
toolbars. Scroll down and make sure that the box that says menu bar is
checked.
