Missing dropdown menu for Office product
In Office group, Word/Excel/Outlook, the dropdown menu does not appear when I
click on the main menu items. For example, if I click on "File", there should
be a dropdown menu popup that contains, New/Open/ Clos/Save/Save as etc....
Instead, there is only a faint border that pops up with out any of the
contents. Even if I just try to click on any item blindly, there is no
reaction.
This similar symptom happens when I click on the status bar Office group
items when there are more than one file open.
Please help in restoring the menu dropdown function..
