menu event handler in infopath 2003

hi,

I am using infopath for reporting. in that i want to customize menu
bars
for that i have installed infopath 2003 toolkit for VS.NET and i am
trying to customize the infopath, i have seen some article in microsoft
regarding this for doing that we need to install that toolkit

Second question

Can u please tell me how to get the print event in infopath when the
user selects print from file menu.how to get the notification evnet. i
searched many articles in all the places they are telling that only we
have some standard events like onload,onswitch,... for menu related
things how we will get the event
i m using infopath 2003
