If you're in Office X and resetting the tool bar doesn't work, check the
troubleshooting suggestions at the following URL.  After repairing
permissions, test the Word Settings file.  Next try the Normal template
procedure.  If those don't do it, keep working through the list (but forget
the fonts procedure; it's not that):
