Menu Language

I have to set up a computer WinXP Pro and OfficeXP Pro
but this is a Thai version. All the menues are displayed
in Thai, however, I need to have them in English. How can
I change them? I have been already in Office Tools-
MicrosoftXP Language Settings, but with no success. The
default menu and help language is shown as English US,
but no luck everything is still in Thai. Any suggestions
would be highly appreciated.
