Menu name Change & Custom date to be chang with prede and succ inf

I have 2 Queries
1. I am using Project Server Web Acess i need to change the Menu name can
any body tells me how do i change the name of menu
for eg Issue & Risk if i nee dto change with different names

2. i have created custome date on project professional i want he behaviour
of custom date to be updated along with Prede & Succesor date change also i
am able to get it for Actual finish date but syste is not behaving same for
Custom date
How do i link custom date also in same manner

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions, then click Admin - Server
Configuration. Click the "Menus" link in the sidepane on the left. For
each main menu item you wish to change, simply enter the new name in the
Custom Name column and then click the Save Changes button. The next time
you log into PWA, you should see the newly-renamed menu.

2. Why don't you post the name of the field you are using and the formula
you entered in that field? Without that information, I'm not sure we can
help you.

Thanks for the 1 issue resolution

for 2 nd issue

i am having Custom field name called OldDate where i am maintaining the
previous date entered and wanted to track this date.
Thats the reason i didn't mentioned the field name.
Is there any way to update the date from backend as i am doing customisation
which needs to update the date directly into database.
