Menu structure in Office 2007

I recently "upgraded" from Office 2003 to Office 2007. I absolutely hate the
"menu" structure. Is there any way to go back to a more "classic" pull down
menu format within Office 2007?

Only with third-party applications. Why not give it time and learn the new
layout? (You did try the trial version before buying?)
