Menu Toolbar

*** BE VERY CAREFUL ****
Make a copy of the DB before you change anything.
Especially if you choose to hide the database window.
I learned the hard way. Once you change the menu and
toolbars, you may not be able to get back if you have to
make changes!!

Try:
Tools > Startup
On the Startup dialog you can set the menu and toolbars to
your custom toolbars from the drop down list.

Proceed with caution.

It is not THAT critical. If you make a mistake in the Startup Options ...
and you want to get back the Standard MenuBar, all you have to do is to hold
the Shift Key down while you open the database to bypass the Startup
Options.
