Anyone know a good site for creating a menu? I am using a Tabular Form and
want to get away form it and actually have menus at the top of my Front-End
Access db.

Right-Click any existing menu or toolbar and choose "Customize". Once in
customize "mode" you have the option of creating new toolbars, menubars, and
shortcut menus. Most of the work is drag and drop so it's pretty easy.
Then you just set the properties in Startup or in your forms and reports so
that your custom menus are displayed.

They are fairly easy to make. You can fine a some nice screen shots of some
menus I made in ms-access here:

Most, if not all of my menus are created with the mouse, and drag and drop.
Here is a older on line book with some examples and code on how to make
menus. (careful..as these examples tend to hint that you need to use code to
create menus...and you don't...).
