A friend installed Office 2003 on a brand new computer. Has never been on
the internet. Uses XP. Word worked fine for over a month.
The problem is that now, in the menubar he has file, edit, view, and then 7
instances of Tools. On the standard toolbar there is another one. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I have tried the Detect and Repair
and that didn't work either. Does anyone have any ideas on what's going on
and how I can fix it? Thanks
