Menus - Adding Behaviors

I have a set of menus that are animated using FP 2003 behaviors. When
created, I used the Task Pane to insert the behavior, "open menu". It's been
a few months since I created a new menu, but now that I'm trying, that option
is not on the list. Any ideas on what happened? Or what I can do?

There has never been a "open menu" behavior
What are you trying to create behavior for?

The OpenMenu behaviour came from one of Jon Spivey's menus.

Still trying to figure this out...

I am adding a behavior to open a menu of links. If it helps, you can look at
the webpage to see what it is: http://www.rdolson.com/webcams_index.htm (any
of the titles with a down arrow have the menus I want to recreate).
