How do I set the defaults so that particular menus ALWAYS show up when I open a new document?

Hi Johnny;

I'm not sure what you're asking - there's only one Menu bar which is at the
very top of the screen & it does show up any time you launch the program.
Although it can be customized that isn't what your question suggests. Please
be more explicit & descriptive of what you are looking to have happen.
