I have a database that contains information for projects. Usually there are
two records for each job with difference being the type of work being
performed (HVAC or Plumbing) and the estimator's name.
Example
Record #1 - Job Name: Central HS HVAC Job #: 50000
Bid Date: 02/14/05 Bid Time: 3:00 PM
HVAC Lead Estimator: John Doe
Record #2 - Job Name: Central HS Plumbing Job #: 50001
Bid Date: 02/14/05 Bid Time: 3:00 PM
Plumbing Lead Esimator: Jane Doe
I would like to merge these 2 records onto a report without duplicating the
Bid Date, Bid Time, etc. I would like the result to look:
Central HS HVAC #50000
Central HS HVAC #50001
Bid Date: 02/14/05 Bid Time: 3:00 PM
HVAC Lead Estimator: John Doe
Plumbing Lead Estimator: Jane Doe
Is there any way to semi-easily accomplish this???
Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
