I would like to be able run a merge that would automatically save each
merged record as an individual document, using the merge data (and access
database) to determine each document's name.
For example:
Field1 Field2 Field3
Name Day City
Rec1 Bob Mon NY
Rec2 Tom Wed Boston
Rec3 Sam Tue Springfield
The merge would merge the data for record one and save that document as
BobMonNY-letter.doc, then create a new document with only the second record
and save it as TomWedBoston-letter.doc, etc.
I did this in WordPerfect, and would like to be able to do the same in word.
