Merge Calendars for printing only (Outlook 2000)

I have been researching the help files trying merge two calendar folders for printing without success. This requirement would be great for project managers working various projects to be printed individually, however need to merge them for personal time tracking

Any tricks out there would be great

You would have to copy the items all into one calendar folder for printing,
write custom code, or perhaps use one on of the calendar collating tools
listed at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm
