merge calendars

In Office 2007, you can "overlap" two or more calendars, so they all appear
to be the same calendar. Can you do this in 2003? I hate the idea of
"importing" or "copying and pasting" events all the time, mostly because this
college has a LOT of events and a LOT of changes.

What are you trying to achieve? There are some very effective ways to use
Calendars for multiple events, rooms etc in 2003. Do you have Exchange and
Public Folders?
