Merge Calendars

I have 1 laptop and 1 PC. Can I merge Outlook Calendar Data into one machine?
I have Windows XP SP3 on both machines connected in a home network.
Both have MS Office 2002 (XP) SP3.

Could I use a internet base program to help me on this task?

I want to do this before I upgrade to MS Office Pro 2007.
