Merge e-mail attachment with Word Doc

Hi list

Can anyone point me in the direction of how I might merge an e-mail
attachment (a form) with a Word document (a boilerplate document).

The e-mail attachment arrives from a web form via HTML but I¹m sure I can
convert that to a text file with a rule in Entourage. I wonder is there any
automated route to have it¹s specific fields merge with a pre designed doc
with appropriate corresponding merge field set up.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Warmest regards,

Kevin

Hi list,

Word 2004 takes forever to open up for me in OSX. I have a feeling it¹s
the amount of fonts I have installed. Is there a way I can just have the
standard fonts load.

Many thanks,

Kevin

Try the FontBook[1] utility that comes with your Macintosh. Create a
font set for what you need and enable only it. Word v.X seems to
respect that, so I guess 2004 will too.

You may also have a tangled font cache. Download a utility such as Font
Finagler to see if that speeds things up.

1. Greatly improved in 10.3
