Hi,
I have a problem - I've created an HTML 'letter' that has open fields
that can be modified. This letter is sent to the recipients by email
and they reply to the email by clicking 'submit'. Submit generates an
email to me with the data input information. So basically all these
open fields have value.
I would now like to fill in the fields beforehand (before sending it to
the customer) from an Excel file. So some sort of merge would be in
order I guess... The problem is that these HTML fields need to stay
modifiable as customers might have to change their details.
HTML form is sent in HTML email but works exactly the same way online.
It's been tried and tested, the only downside now is that i need to
type in all the information one by one although I have it sorted in
Excel (could be also Word or ACT!).
Please, any help greatly appreciated!
