Hello all,
I have a word document that correctly inserts various merge fields and
otherwise works fine. However, one of the merge fields actually
contains a few sentences of text rather than just a single word. When
a few sentences of text are inserted into the word document, some
words can be cut in the middle with part of the word on one line and
the other part on the next.
Basically it seems as though word is treating the merge field as just
a string of characters rather that words with spacing between, which
makes sense but is there a way to tell word to treat the text in the
field as text that should only be broken up in a meaningful way?
I have looked at the following website (http://www.gmayor.com/
formatting_word_fields.htm) but that didn't seem to solve my problem
unfortunately.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Z.
