merge form letter

Hi, I am trying to merge ms access query into a word doc. The ms access query
has details regarding organisations and individuals working for them. The
tables are imported into ms access having a organisation field for each
individual. My problem is how do i merge the group individuals by the
organisation field on a word doc. Hope this makes sense.
