Merge Forms gives error.

I want to try merging forms (both forms have different templates and
different schemas). I tried with A to B custom merge method from microsoft
site which works fine for me but when i tried to create my own sample it
gives me following error.

The following XML Schema file is not valid: ActionItemsList.xsd.
x-soln://dd665ab7bdc43c4/ActionItemsList.xsd#/schema
The '' namespace provided differs from the schema's
'http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/myXSD/2003-03-19T19:45:06'
targetNamespace.

Can anyone help me in solving error or guide me how to merge two forms who
have different schemas?
