I've got an Access application, which I want to have fill in fields in a
contract. The contract is in Word. I tried to put it into an Access
report, but that won't fly. It's just too limited.
So I'm back to Word. I want to be able to click a button in my Access
app, and have it create a Word document based on my Contract template,
with the appropriate fields filled in. Contracts are for single
customers, so I don't want something that's going to do a whole merge of
all my customers; just the one I want at the moment.
So how do I do that, or at least, where do I begin looking?
