Merge labels

I have a video label that has 3 sizes on it.

I used the label wizard to wizard to create a template for each type of
label size (3 different per area).

Can I merge each label template (report) into 1? Or how do you merge
reports into a single report? The don't overlap.

Also is there a way to create a template that can be added to the label
wizard for other users?
