merge ms query shows table/no columns

Marc Miller

When we attempt to do a mailmerge and get the data from
a datasource in msquery we are able to see our tables listed
in the Query Wizard but when we try to expand the columns
for a selected table or try to select * columns no columns
show up in the 'Columns in you Query' listbox.

This works on my machine (I'm a developer), but not on my
users machines. We're using Win 2000 and Word 2000, a dbase IV
ODBC driver on a FoxPro 2.5 table.

Any ideas?

I can't replicate this here (no suitable version of FoxPro) but is your
dBASE ODBC DSN configured in exactly the same way as the same DSN on the
user machines?
In particular, the selection of dBASE file version may make a difference.
