Running Vista & ON2007. Installed "Merge Pages" Powertoy. Icon appears on
tool bar properly. ON add-in settings are properly set. But ... choosing
two pages & clicking on icon produces two error messages (the first states
"COM Surrogate has stopped working..." and the second asks if error should
be reported). Have un- and re-installed the add-in several times to no
avail.
Would appreciate any suggestions.
