merge publisher multiple addresses per sheet of 4 postcards

I am trying to get 1 page of 4 postcards with 4 different addresses on a mail
merge. I have 2007. I was able to with 2003. I cannot see a way to get 4
addresses on 1 page. It always comes up with 4 of the exact on one page.
What am I doing differently? I tried using the other posts...by using
catalog merge instead...but it added a 3 page of just the names....wierd.
HELP!

File, Print Merge, be certain *Multiple Pages per sheet* is selected. It might
be helpful, too, to use one of the Avery postcard templates.

Wait! How were you able to print one page of four postcards in Publisher
2003? That's what I'm trying to figure out.
