i have made a mailing database in access.
when i merge it with an msword document embedded with
merge fields, no matter what i do, it only generates a
list of half of the records, weirdly, every-other one.
It doesn't matter whether I put in to use all under query
options or number 1-253. It only uses every other
record. If I say do 2-253, it still does every other
record, but instead of doing the odd id numbers, it does
the even ones. What is going on? Help!!
