Merge task lists

I am a supervisor who has set up an Exchange Mailbox called Team Tasks. I
have given editor permissions to all of my representatives. They can now go
in and set up new tasks but all have "the person responsible" as Team Tasks.

Is there a way that the Reps can just use their personal task list and their
specific tasks would also be seen in the Team Tasks without them having to
actually move them? That way, "the person responsible" would show their name
in the Team Tasks task list.

I hope that makes sense. I want to see all my reps tasks in one location
with them still being the responsible party. Can this be done? Please help!

I am just computer and Microsoft savvy enough to believe anything can be
done...you just have to ask the right person. :)

Microsoft have designed Task Assignment to work like this:

in the Team Tasks folder, make a Task. Assign it to the Rep. It gets sent
to their Inbox as a Task Request. Now they are the Owner and their updates
will update the Team Tasks Folder copy of the Task
