Merge to e-mail from word doc.

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

Hi, I'm trying to set up up the above with a document that has our logo as a header and contact info as a footer. When I 'data merge to e-mail' and select HTML the merged file goes to my outbox in Entourage but without the header and footer showing. I can't change the e-mail to HTML in Entourage as it is greyed out.

Is there another way?

Any thoughts?

Hi, Just in case anyone is scratching there head for me! I think the solution is to insert the images - but not as headers and footers - sort of works.

However if there are any other suggestions - please feel free to post.
