merge to email option missing

This option is missing and I do not seem to find a way to
set it up...I only have merge to new document and merge to
printer as options.

Hi Carlos,

If you don't tell us which version of Word you have, we can't
even begin to help you.

We also need to know which Email program you use? And whether
Outlook is installed on your machine?
This option is missing and I do not seem to find a way to
