Merge to Email

I am sending a flyer out as an attachment using Merge to Email. I get the
message "a program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" I have reviewed all of the settings,
but cannot see how to ensure that the emails can be sent automatically. I'd
be grateful for any advice?

What happens when you say Yes to allow the access? Do the e-mails not
get sent, or do they?

Yes, the emails get sent once I click 'Yes'.
