Most folks will not go to a website to see what your issue is. Too many
security risks.

Hi Suzanne,
First thanks for looking!!

The ':' in the xls file isn't the problem and yes I forgot to include some
named fields!
But imagen that I have 20 projects and somebody else has 200 projects, I
can't repeat the same table 200 times.
And I don't know how to "read" from a table (column) only a line!! If I read
a column it will make a new document!

Your conditional construction doesn't name the merge field being compared.
And the TrueText includes several other unnamed merge fields. Could that be
part of the problem?

But if you need more than one Project, Language, etc., for each person, then
see http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/mergfaq1.htm#ComplexMerg

You do the best you can. If additional info helps, then you can offer it as
a supplement to your text.

Hi Suzanne,

Ricardo has been offered solutions by both Peter Jamieson and me in microsoft.public.word.mailmerge.fields, but he doesn't seem to
take any of the advice offered.
