I did ask this question early on but I think it was misunderstood. I have a
table (data) with many rows and with 3 headings: Plan, Type, CCs. I need to
find all the plans related to Mr. Smith. Mr. Smith's name would sometimes be
in the CCs column and the name of the plan would be in the Plan column. I'd
like a listing of all the plans where his name appears in the CCs column. I
was able to do this in WordPerfect but am not sure if it's possible in Word.
If it is possible I'd like to know how could I set up the main document (form
document). Thanks, ll
