Merge

I have 1 laptop and 1 PC. Can I merge outlook data into one machine?
I have Windows XP SP3 on both machines connected in a home network.
Both have MS Office 2002 (XP) SP3.
I am most interested in saving the contacts and inbox folders. I can do without the rest.

Could I use a internet bases program to help me on this task?

I want to do this before I upgrade to MS Office Pro 2007.

Thanks,
Carlos,

With Outlook closed on both PCs. copy the PST on one PC to the other PC and
put it in any folder you wish, taking care to not overwrite any existing
PST. Then start Outlook on the destination PC, click File>Open>Outlook Data
File, browse to the folder containing the copied PST, select it, and click
OK. You can then either use the folders exactly as they are or copy the
contents of those folders to the corresponding default folders to completely
merge. If you take the latter course, you can, after the copying is
complete, remove to extra PST by right-clicking its root and choosing Close.
