I am creating a merged document using Word and MS e-mail campaign service. I
finally got the correct sequence of steps to create the document but now Word
is showing both the first and last name in the "last name field" (lastname,
firstname) format. When I go back to BCM and look at the contact name
fields, they are correctly placed in the right fields. Why does Word see
them together in the last name field and how do I fix the problem?
