I have set up a mail merge from Excel 2000 to Word 2000.
The data in Excel contains some information currently
displayed and formatted as 'General'. The data is
numerical and I need it to merge across as straight
forward non-decimal, whole numbers.
However, during the merge, the numbers change from those
displayed as whole numbers in the spreadsheet to decimals
in the Word document.
How can I can the format of the numbers in the merged
document so they don't show a decimal point?
TIA
