merging a mail document with a txt file

I merge one mail document with a txt file. One of the fields i want to merge
must include more than one sentence. How can I assign a field more than one
sentence, through a txt file?

What are you using as a field and record delimiters in
your source txt file?

When you say you cannot include more than one sentence,
it sounds like you're using "." as your delimiter. If
that's the case use something more unique.
