Merging address for an address/phone book

I am using a microsoft template for an address/phone book. I can't merge the
address from my database into the address book document. I can get the first
address in, but I don't know how to get the following addresses to flow
through the document. I tried cutting and pasting the fields, but this only
repeated the first address througout the document.

Without knowing more about the template you are using I suspect what you are
missing is the Next Record ({NEXT} field.
