I am using word 2007 as my main document and outlook 2007 as my name and
address data sourse. I want to merge the address into the main document in
two places. The second place needs to apear all on the same lines ie
Like this in the first place
Name
Address
City
Post code
And like this in the second
Name Address City post code
When I try to do this after the merge is complete it moves the address, city
and post codes on to a new line below. Is there any way around this problem
