merging another outlook calendar into your outlook calendar

I'm an executive assistant, and I have access to my bosses calendar. I would
like to be able to either automaticly merge his calendar appointments with
mine so that when I'm not at work, I can see his appointments on my calendar
thru Blackberry. Please let me know if I need to be more specific.
