Merging Calendars

Is there a way to use Outlook to automatically merge all office calendars in
the office to create one central calendar, including updates to the
individual calendars?

Don't know if I asked that question right. :)

No, not without 3rd party tools or manual effort (to copy the events to one
calendar) but if you use Outlook 2007 you can overly them.
