I am working in OL03 and on a SBS/Exchange network.
Last year a copy was made of our Contacts file from our Public Folders and
place on a local harddrive. An intern went through and updated the categories
for all 2000+ contacts on the list. However, they were working on the copy
and not in the live Public Folder copy of our Contacts on our server. Now
it's a year later and we would like to merge the category information back
into the Contact file in Public Folder on the server without bringing over
the old contact information, due to the fact that we have been using and
updating the contact information for a year now.
Any ideas if this is even possible and what the process would be to merge
only the category information for each contact?
